I’m Yuri Bakaloff, founder and CEO of Talisman Foods, and my journey to creating this company began with a deep personal shift. A few years ago, my life changed when I moved toward natural, raw, and truly nourishing foods. I started exercising regularly, embraced yoga, and committed to a plant-based lifestyle — and the difference I felt was profound. I wasn’t just living healthier; I was living more intentionally, more energetically, and with a clearer sense of purpose.

Out of that transformation came a question: How can I help others feel the same way?
Talisman Foods is my answer.

I created this company to craft clean, functional beverages that support everyday wellness in the most natural way possible. No shortcuts, no pasteurization, no artificial anything — just honest ingredients, cold-pressed or fermented, delivered with integrity and care. Each product is designed to bring people closer to a life of vitality, balance, and longevity, one small daily ritual at a time.
